TagMaster.ai believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy for our AI data classification services. Under this policy:
Immediate Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No Lock-in Periods: We don't enforce long-term contracts. You're free to cancel whenever you need to.
Data Access: After cancellation, you retain access to your data for 30 days to export any information you need.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund of your subscription fee.
Pro-rated Refunds: For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term, we provide pro-rated refunds for unused months.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
API Usage: Refunds are not provided for API usage that has already been consumed, as these represent actual computational resources used.
Data Processing: Once data has been processed through our AI classification system, refunds for processing costs are not applicable.
No Refunds For: Custom model training, enterprise support packages, or services that have been fully delivered and utilized.

Click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm cancellation
Receive confirmation email
Important Notes
- Export your data before cancellation to avoid any data loss
- API keys will be deactivated immediately upon cancellation
